Students who attacked valley bound passengers threaten stir if demands not met in two days | KNO

Jammu, February 14 (KNO) : The students who had on Monday attacked the valley bound stranded passengers in Jammu; Thursday said that if their demands of action against the police officials who ordered cane charging them and others are not fulfilled in two days, they will launch a stir in Winter Capital of the state. The students in a presser said all those pro-Pakistan people in Jammu should be 'thrown away to Pakistan'. “While Kashmiris support each other, the Jammu people are nowhere to be seen in supporting the students who are agitated over pro-Pak elements raising pro-Pak slogans in Jammu," they said. According to KNO correspondent, the students said that they demand action against police official for ordering cane charging us and no filing case against those who raised pro-Pak slogans. “If your demands are not met in two days, college will stop working and we will come on roads and will not stop from taking action from politicians who are keeping mum,” they said. The protesting students were demanding an unconditional apology from SSP and revocation of FIR against them. According to KNO correspondent, students of GGM Science college students have been joined by Bajrang Dal as well in their protest. Earlier, following the attack by the students, the stranded passengers were later shifted from Mufti house to technical airport due to security reasons. (KNO)
